It is the company policy to ensure that a “right first time” philosophy is practiced both internally within the company and in the provision of product and associated services to the customer. Appropriate management objectives to demonstrate commitment to the policy are set and ongoing performance is measured against associated targets within the monthly management and annual management review meetings and communicated to all personnel through team briefs.
The overall aim is to strive to ensure that where practical and economically viable that continual improvement in performance is achieved so that both the Quality System and customer satisfaction levels are effectively maintained and performance improved where necessary.
